I put this video on here, because it is about Athena and Athens is named after the goddess Athena!
Athens Poem
Athens was named after the goddess Athena,
Who gave us an olive tree,
Athena’s sacred bird is the owl,
and Sparta is our enemy.
Our most famous building is the Parthenon,
and we started democracy,
we were the most important city-state during the classical period,
and we are a very educated city.
Athens is one of the oldest named cities in the world,
We have been inhabited for 7000 years,
We have many cultural achievements,
and we are good engineers.
